The central part of a Christian Wedding is the Vows and the Prayers; that those Vows might be kept faithfully and holy. The prayers are made not only by the couple, but also by their family and friends who promise to support and help this couple, in the good times and the bad, in sickness and health, in poverty and wealth, etc.
The Christian Wedding is a Celebration of the Grace of God who has brought these two people together and blessed them with love for each other.
The Church Wedding has Bible readings and Gospel Hymns that proclaim the blessings of God.
Okinawa Lutheran Church welcomes small weddings, and will work with the couple, their family and a Bridal Company to make this a special day. The fellowship hall can be used for a small reception.
A donation to the pastor and to the church for the use of the chapel is expected.
